Pocket1. General
These Payment Terms govern financial operations on the Pocket Option trading platform operated by Gembell Limited. By using the platform's payment features, you agree to these terms in full.
The Company is not a bank or payment system. Pocket Option acts as an intermediary between the client and external payment service providers. Payment processing is carried out through verified partners compliant with PCI DSS requirements.
2. Deposits
Minimum deposit: $5 USD (or equivalent in another currency).
Account currency: USD. Payments in other currencies are converted at the payment provider's exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Available deposit methods: Visa/Mastercard bank cards, e-wallets (WebMoney, Skrill, Neteller, Perfect Money), cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and others), local payment methods (depending on the user's country).
Processing times: Bank cards and most e-wallets — instant; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days; cryptocurrencies — after the required number of network confirmations (usually 1–30 minutes).
Deposit fees: Pocket Option does not charge deposit fees. The payment provider or bank may apply their own fees.
Deposits are accepted only from payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Depositing from third-party cards or wallets is prohibited.
3. Taxes
The Client is solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes on income earned on the platform in accordance with the tax laws of their country of residence. The Company does not withhold taxes and is not the Client's tax agent.
4. Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD.
Requirements: Withdrawals are available only after KYC verification is completed. Funds are withdrawn using the same method used for the deposit (return principle).
Processing times: Withdrawal requests are processed by the Company within 1–5 business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method: e-wallets — 1–24 hours after processing; bank cards — 3–7 business days; bank transfers — 3–10 business days; cryptocurrencies — 1–6 hours after processing.
Withdrawal fees: Pocket Option does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. The payment provider may apply their own fees.
5. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback procedure bypassing Pocket Option support is a violation of the Terms of Service. Upon receiving a chargeback notification, the Company may immediately block the account and all operations pending investigation.

6. One-Click Payments
The platform offers a quick payment feature with saved payment details. When this feature is activated, card details are encrypted and stored with the payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Pocket Option does not store full bank card data. Clients may delete saved payment details in account settings at any time.
7. Payment Security
All financial transactions are protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. The platform supports 3D Secure technologies (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) for additional card transaction protection. Client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from the Company's operating funds.
8. Changes to Payment Terms
